All basement floors in Ontario have a moisture issue because there is no plastic sheeting under the concrete like in your walls. This allows moisture vapour from below grade to migrate through the concrete!

Moisture vapour also brings potential RADON GAS with it. We stop this migration!

Our MRB system is permanently bonded to your concrete floor. It is not an ordinary epoxy! Our proprietary epoxy technology forms a vapour barrier on top that will not delaminate and it prevents moisture from migrating into your basement through the floor.
