EPOXY SOLUTIONS warrants that our high calibre of workmanship combined with the top quality materials used, allow us to guarantee your project for five full years and that this guarantee is one of the best in the business.

OUR GUARANTEE:

1. To back our product (labour and materials) for FIVE full years from date of invoice.
2. That our materials are of top quality and durability.
3. That our work will not peel, flake or blister for the duration of the guarantee.
4. That in case of coating failure, we will repair it promptly.
5. That all work will be done in a clean and professional manner.
6. That we will do the work exactly as we specified on our Data Spec Sheets.
7. Coverage on a declining scale with 100% in 1st year, 80% 2nd, 60% 3rd, 40% 4th & 20% 5th year of use

Aesthetics disclaimer:

The above guarantee does not account for loss of gloss, micro scratching or light ambering, which will occur over time to all epoxy coatings. It is therefore recommended, that in commercial settings, where gloss retention is required, that a polymer wax be applied periodically to enhance the beauty of the floor.

Concrete Substrate disclaimer:

The above guarantee excludes any delaminations caused by the permiation of any foreign matter from below or within the substrate, such as oil, silicon or moisture vapour. Moisture vapour pressure (MVP) must not exceed 3 lbs./sq.ft.per 24 hous at any given time. Also excluded are areas where there is insufficient bonding due to any foreign materials present in the substrate, such as oil saturation and/or a breakdown of the substrate to the coating such as soft concrete. Also excluded areas used for purposes other that their design. The use of steel wheels on flooring, dragging of skids or dropping items with heavy point loads are considered damage. Upon inspection of the failure, if it is determined that the cause is an above listed item or damage, there will be a $500.00 charge for the inspection report which is refundable upon the repair being completed and paid for.

General disclaimer:

For all warrenty claims an inspection report shall be issued to determine the cause of the coating failure. Any damage to the coating will have to be noted and repaired along with any warranty claimed areas. Damaged areas left unrepaired will grow larger and should be repaired asap. The owner will be required to pay for damaged areas at current prices. Failure to repair damaged areas voids guarantee. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full or guarantee is void. Guarantee is not transferable or negotiable.

This Guarantee does not include any provisions for loss of use.

This Guarantee supersedes any other Guarantee or representation, whether written oral or implied, hereto made between the parties.
